As a Technical Project Manager at Fever, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver cutting-edge cloud-native solutions. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, and overseeing the customization of solutions to meet partner requirements.\nYour task will include:\nProject Management:Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies.\nMitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.\n\nStakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.\nCommunicate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.\nManage expectations and provide regular project status updates.\n\nQuality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions.\nPlan thorough testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet specified criteria.\n\nCustomization and Collaboration:Work closely with the engineering team to customize existing solutions to align with partner requirements.\nFacilitate collaboration between project stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure a seamless integration of customized solutions.\n\nTechnical Acumen:Possess a solid technical understanding of the engineering solution, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the development team.\nTranslate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and progress.\n\nResource Management:Ensure resources are allocated effectively between different teams.\nIdentify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum.\n\nIn order to be successful in this role, you will have:\nExperience with Agile methodologies.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nKnowledge of modern web development practices and understanding of software development lifecycle\nOn your first month in Fever:\nFamiliarize yourself with company business, procedures, and team dynamics.\nConduct an in-depth review of ongoing projects and their status.\nEstablish initial relationships with key stakeholders and team members.\nBegin contributing insights to enhance existing project management processes.\nAfter 3 months in Fever:\nSuccessfully lead at least one project from initiation to completion.\nDemonstrate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nConduct a comprehensive review of existing project management processes and propose improvements.\nFurther strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nOn your 6th month in Fever:\nManage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with different teams to ensure effective prioritization and resource allocation.\nImplement process improvements based on the review conducted during the third month.\nContinue to enhance relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the strategic vision of the company.\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud-native software environment.\nStrong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders coming from different backgrounds (technical vs non-technical).\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nSolid organizational and leadership abilities.\nBenefits & Perks\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.\nHome office friendly - you can be based anywhere in Korea.\nResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growth.\nGreat work environment with a young, diverse team of talented people to work with!\nHealth insurance.\nEnglish & Spanish lessons.\nThank you for considering joining Fever.
