As of today, Candlelight concerts are present in over 300 cities around the world!\nJob description:\nWe are looking for a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage our Candlelight concerts in Hong Kong. This role involves full event management, mainly at weekends.\nResponsibilities:\nOn-site concert coordination (pre-production and production).\nSupervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies).\nManaging institutional relations (local authorities, companies, associations).\nEnsuring a smooth experience for the audience.\nProfile required:\nExperience in logistics and team management.\nKnowledge of the live performance sector.\nGood stress and contingency management skills.\nFluent in English and Chinese\nRemuneration: According to profile\nThank you for considering joining Fever.
