Impressive, right? \nTo achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!\nReady to be part of the experience? \nNow, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.\nDATES\nStart: 9/28/2026\nEnd: 1/9/2027\nApproximately six days per week and hours are typically 14:00 - 23:30 plus meetings and reporting work.\nWorking from home for the prep period before install.\nWorking onsite for the load in, event run, and strike.\nPAY RATE \n$400/day\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThe Event Supervisor will report directly to the Event Manager and manage the overall organization, planning and staffing for all guest facing staff operations and services to ensure a world class delivery and exceptional customer service. They will work with a local team of 15-20 each night, lead local decisions in regard to all guest facing services, and must be able to follow procedures set out by the Global team.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage the overall organization, planning and staffing for guest facing operations to ensure a successful event and positive guest experience\nBe in an event control position and communicate with all departments\nWork with Fever Ops On-site Coordinators regarding all ticketing operations and the set up of the POS systems at each point of sale\nResolve customer complaints, concerns & general needs.\nResponsible for pre-show and post-show checklists\nLiaising with the local labor providing company for staff assigned to FOH and Retail Operations\nValidate employee schedules and time sheets.\nMaintain and encourage staff performance and growth over the course of the experience\nCrew/Staff welfare- ensure shift patterns are running smoothly & breaks are implemented. \nManagement of all related work and facilities- e.g. toilets, cleaners, bins\nMaintain & manage the on-site equipment, ensuring all health & safety standards are followed\nCommunicating with vendors to ensure smooth operations (custodian, security, F&B, Merch operator, etc)\nOverall control of the site in the event of adverse weather conditions- ensuring all wind management and safety plans are adhered to\nImplementation of Standard Operating Procedures across all functions, including but not limited to; Security, Medical, Car Parking, Guest Experience, Accessibility and Staffing\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAt least three years previous experience managing large outdoor festivals, Illumination trails or outdoor experiential events.\nUnderstands the necessity of keeping guests engaged in a fully immersive, in-world experience\nExcellent leadership skills with the ability to train and lead others while holding them accountable for results\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to work cross functionally with all levels and teams\nAbility to deal with stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.\nMust have people management and interpersonal skills.\nSolutions-oriented\nExceptional observation skills.\nComfortable working in a constantly changing environment.\nProfessional appearance and demeanor.\nAbility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays if needed\nCurrent First-Aid certification is a plus.\nMust have experience in using Google Drive and the Google suite of applications including Sheets, Word, Google Meetings.\nVisa/permits - The candidate must be able to work in the event country and achieve one of the following: (1) Already a citizen/resident in the country and is permitted to work.
