Your focus will be on enabling faster launches, maintaining consistently high production standards, and building the systems and processes that allow our experiences to grow efficiently around the world.\nThis role combines production expertise with operational excellence. Success requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, influencing teams across multiple regions, and continuously improving how we launch and operate at scale.\nWhat You'll Own\nAs Global Expansion Producer, you will be the global production owner for one or more SSI experiences. You will be accountable for:\nDefining the production framework that enables successful expansion into new markets.\nMaintaining production quality and operational excellence across your global portfolio.\nBuilding scalable tools, documentation and processes that empower Local Producers.\nDriving production efficiency through standardization, cost optimization and continuous improvement.\nSupporting regional teams to successfully launch and operate experiences while preserving the integrity of the IP.\nKey Responsibilities\nGlobal Expansion & Launches\nLead the production workstream for global expansion, ensuring new market launches are delivered on time and to Fever's quality standards.\nAssess production feasibility for regions, venues and market opportunities.\nAdapt experiences to local regulatory, cultural, logistical and technical requirements without compromising the creative vision.\nBuild and manage production timelines, critical paths and launch readiness across multiple simultaneous projects.\nProduction Excellence\nDevelop and maintain scalable playbooks, production guides, templates, cue sheets and operational documentation.\nStandardise production processes across markets to improve consistency and reduce execution risk.\nEstablish clear governance, reporting and escalation processes for regional teams.\nCapture learnings from launches and continuously improve production methodologies across the portfolio.\nLocal Team Enablement\nSupport Local Producers, helping them successfully own production within their markets.\nDeliver workshops, training sessions and operational reviews that increase local capability / improve global guidelines\nProvide hands-on support during critical launches or complex operational situations when required.\nFoster knowledge sharing and best practices across the global production organisation.\nCommercial & Strategic Impact\nBenchmark production costs across markets and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.\nSupport vendor sourcing, supplier management and global procurement initiatives.\nPartner with Business and Project Management teams on venue negotiations, production strategy and business cases.\nContribute ideas, technologies and production innovations that improve scalability, audience experience and profitability.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate closely with Business teams, Project Managers and regional Production teams to ensure alignment across launches.\nCommunicate priorities, risks and progress clearly to senior stakeholders.\nDrive accountability through structured planning, ownership frameworks and clear decision-making processes.\nQuality & Performance\nOwn production quality standards across your assigned portfolio.\nMonitor operational performance, audience feedback and production KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.\nEnsure every new launch strengthens both the customer experience and the long-term scalability of the IP.\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced live events Producer who enjoys building scalable operations as much as delivering exceptional productions. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders across multiple regions, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nYou are naturally organised, highly analytical and constantly looking for ways to improve processes, simplify complexity and enable others to succeed. You know how to create simple but complete documentation for worldwide teams to execute. \nExperience & Skills\nRequired\n5+ years of experience producing live events, immersive experiences or touring productions across multiple cities or markets.\nProven experience managing complex productions involving third-party vendors, freelancers and contractors.\nStrong understanding of production budgeting, permitting, Health & Safety and operational compliance.\nExperience evaluating venues and production feasibility for new markets.\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones.\nExperience building operational playbooks, SOPs and production documentation.\nDemonstrated ability to identify operational improvements and deliver measurable efficiency gains.\nPreferred\nExperience scaling recurring live experiences internationally.\nKnowledge of scenic fabrication, lighting, sound, costume and/or technical production.\nYou can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly.
