This is not an influencer marketing role - it's a product and operations role for someone who thinks in strategy and operations excellence, and who wants to build the infrastructure behind an industry-leading creator marketing function\nWhat You´ll Do\nPartner directly with the Lead of Influencer Marketing to define and drive strategy and operational roadmap for the Ambassadors, Influencers, and Content Creators product\nOwn and continuously redesign end-to-end workflows - scouting, onboarding, briefing, contracting, payment, and reporting - to increase speed and reduce manual work\nIdentify, evaluate, and implement automation and tooling opportunities (e.g., inbound funnel platforms) to scale the team's capacity without proportionally scaling headcount\nPropose and lead new developments to the team's product/service offering, from concept to rollout, working cross-functionally with Data, Workflows and Automation, and Legal\nBuild and maintain the reporting infrastructure and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into program performance and ROI\nManage relationships with external tools and vendors supporting the influencer program\nStep in as the team's second-in-command, supporting prioritization and process decisions in the Lead of Influencer Marketing's absence\nWho You Are\n8+ years in operations, business operations, program/process management, or growth roles - ideally with exposure to marketing, the creator economy, or marketplace businesses\nProven track record designing and scaling workflows and automating manual processes\nYou are english native or bilingual\nStrong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable building the case for a new tool or process and then owning the rollout\nExcellent project management skills - able to run multiple workstreams in parallel and bring order to ambiguity\nA builder's mindset: you don't wait to be told what's broken, you find it and fix it\nBased in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain\nNice to Have\nExperience evaluating or implementing marketing/creator tech platforms \nBackground in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment\nExperience in running affiliates or ambassadors programs\nSpanish or a second language\nWhy You´ll Love It Here\nAttractive compensation package with room to grow.\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.\nFlexible remuneration with Cobee: meals, transport, training, and nursery support (tax-exempt).\nPayflow: option to access part of your salary in advance.\nTaxdown: help optimizing and filing your taxes.\nPrivate health & dental insurance with Cigna: 100% covered by Fever.
