Your role will be to help the project manager with her daily tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early, high-growth stage and have ownership in creating new experiences.\nThe role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment and events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and think bigger about how we create a compelling experience.\nThis role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.\nStrong communication skills are critical to success in this role. We welcome applications with unusual backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired hard or soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nParticipate in all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up\nCreate productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule\nCommunicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables\nManage multiple productions and help scale Candlelight projects against team targets\nDeep dive in budgets of different scales\nVenue research and booking\nHandle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts\nREQUIREMENTS\nStrong fluency in German and English\nPreferably having already an experience in the event production industry\nAbility to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a project in an organized and efficient way\nUnderstanding of technical production requirements\nHuge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly\nYou'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then try to find solutions\nHave strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships\nAble to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts\nCollaborative and willing to “get hands dirty”\nAvailability to travel\nStarting date: September/October 2026\nYou’re about to graduate and have strong analytical and communication skills.
