The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, enabling them to effectively support employees, resolve IT security issues, and promote security best practices throughout the organization.\nWhat would you do at Fever?\nIn your first month at Fever:\nYou will be fully integrated into the team. You will participate in planning and follow-up meetings with other areas.\nYou will have met the departments of Fever.\nYou will get familiar with Fever's technological structure and ecosystem (applications, infrastructure, architecture, etc.)\nYou will gain an understanding of our security processes, tools, and overall security landscape.\nAfter 3 months in Fever:\nYou will be part of the team implementing technical solutions to keep cybersecurity risks under control.\nYou will participate in security reviews for SaaS applications and cloud environments.\nYou will contribute to the deployment of security tools across the organization.\nYou will create and refine technical security guidelines for existing tools.\nYou will contribute to the evaluation and selection of new security tools and processes.\nOn your 6th month in Fever:\nYou will collaborate with stakeholders to provide security guidance and best practices.\nYou will take ownership of security tools and controls implementation.\nYou will perform ongoing cyber risk assessments and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement security measures for SaaS applications, cloud services, and endpoint environments.\nConfigure and administer security policies on IT devices (laptops, mobile, etc.) running a range of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS)\nManage security tools such as DLP, MDM, EDR, ensuring proper configurations and ongoing optimization.\nSupport and implement BYOD policies and controls, ensuring secure access and device compliance.\nConduct technical cyber risk assessments and recommend security improvements.\nGuide the best security tools and technologies to protect Cloud & IT environments.\nDevelop security guidelines and best practices documentation.\nEducate stakeholders on security best practices and risk mitigation techniques.\nAbout you \nMust have:\nHands-on experience with security tool administration (MDM, EDR, DLP, password managers, etc) and implementation.\nSolid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) and modern authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, MFA)\nExperience conducting technical cyber risk assessments.\nStrong experience in securing SaaS applications.\nUnderstanding of IT and cloud security architectures and domains (access management, identity, network security, patching, etc)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work cross-functionally to drive security initiatives.\n3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or IT security roles.\nFluent in English.\nGood communication skills.\nIt would be a plus if you have:\nBachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or another similar relevant degree (or equivalent experience in a technical security role).\nExperience implementing BYOD solutions\nCertifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Google security or equivalent.\nStrong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for security automation.\nBenefits & Perks\n\"Relación de dependencia\" contract.\nOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences\nOSDE 410 as medical insurance\nHome office friendly anywhere in Argentina\nResponsibility from day one, and professional and personal growth\nGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!\nEnglish Lessons\nGympass\nAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance. \nThank you for considering joining Fever.
