The tasks consist on the following:\nService Desk & Helpdesk: Preparing laptops for new employees and provide onsite and remote support to our employees globally, both with Windows and macOS.\nPlan, design and develop our IT environment and any processes that can be automatized.\nPrepare the onboarding and IT material for new employees.\nManage our Google systems and licences.\nManage tech material\nSupport and maintenance of audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms.\nSupport our offices around the world.\nCollaboration and maintenance of the quality and environmental management system.\nMake proper use of the resources provided by the organization.\nCarry out appropriate segregation of waste.\n\nAbout you\n+1 year of experience in a similar position.\nGood communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages are welcome).\nExperience installing and managing networks is desirable\nExperience in a fast-paced environment would be a plus.\nDesirable to have knowledge about Jira or other ticketing tools.\nBe decisive and organised.\nLove being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.\nBenefits & Perks:\nAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary\nOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences\nWork in a location in the heart of Madrid.
