To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.\nThe team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. \nEmployees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.\nWhat you'll do\n\n As a Global Junior Project Manager, you will support worldwide teams in developing, launching, and improving scalable theatrical experiences, from early concept development and testing through launch and expansion. You will help coordinate the different workstreams required to turn a theatrical concept into a high-quality, repeatable live experience.\nWhen you join Fever, you are joining a company that will invest in your professional development. You will:\nTake day-to-day ownership of the quality improvement cycle for our theatrical experiences: monitor customer feedback, ratings, and operational challenges; identify recurring issues; and coordinate actions to improve the guest experience.\nOwn and continuously improve the documentation and processes that support the development and scaling of our theatrical experiences, including project plans, production guidelines, launch checklists, reporting, and knowledge-sharing tools.\nProject-manage cross-functional initiatives such as cost-optimization projects, new program creation, and other initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and commercial performance of our experiences.\nContribute to business planning for new and existing concepts.\nHelp define and document repeatable models, processes, and tools that support expansion into new markets.\nPrepare clear updates, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.\nBuild strong working relationships with local teams and external partners.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years in a project management role, consulting background or entertainment project management \nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects, or workstreams, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.\nFluent in English.
