Impressive, right? \nTo achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!\nReady to be part of the experience? \nNow, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.\nAbout The Role:\nManage Fever’s biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals (such as renowned permanent attractions & museums, large exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, and sports) ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance growth.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (BD, Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless launches and timely execution, tracking all actions and progress.\nForge strong, strategic relationships with partners by understanding their unique needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and leveraging Fever’s extensive expertise to help them achieve their goals. Anticipate partner needs and proactively address challenges, collaborating with internal teams to develop effective solutions that align with Fever's mission and enhance overall partner satisfaction.\nDrive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies for continuous growth, and tracking performance metrics through regular updates and insights. Prepare comprehensive reports that highlight key achievements and identify areas for improvement.\nGather feedback from partners on Fever’s products and services, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational improvements. \nGrow into a team manager role by providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers as they join your team. Foster a collaborative environment, conduct training sessions, and support their professional growth to enhance their ability to manage partnerships effectively.\nGet a 360 degree knowledge of all Fever teams and processes.\nAbout You:\n6+ years in project management or management consulting. \nFluent in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.\nStrong stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.\nAnalytical, organized & solutions oriented.
