Impressive, right? \nTo achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!\nReady to be part of the experience? \nNow, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.\nDATES\nStart: 9/21/2026\nEnd: 1/3/2027\nHours are typically 14:00 - 23:30 plus meetings and reporting work.\nWorking onsite for the install, event run, and strike.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThe LIGHTING TECHNICIANS report to the Technical Manager and Event Manager, and will work to maintain many of the technical elements of the event. These elements will include a large LED rig, multiple moving light locations, show set electrics, effects machines and other generic units, running off a multiple GrandMA control system. \nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPower on and off over the whole site \nFocus checks and re lamp and color as requiredEnsure all lighting equipment is in working order and carry out tests\nGeneral maintenance\n•Report back to the Technical Supervisor if there are any issues. \n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nPrevious lighting experience, ideally on large outdoor festivals, Illumination trails or outdoor experiential events.\nGood knowledge of LED and basic electronics understanding\nGood understanding of show control systems, ie. OSC, Timecode\nTechnical knowledge and lighting skillsGrandMA3 based control knowledge\nManual dexterity and a good level of physical fitness\nThe ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines\nTime management and organizational skills\nAttention to detail\nProblem-solving ability\n•Current First-Aid certification is a plus.\n\nVisa/permits - The candidate must be able to work in the event country and achieve one of the\nfollowing: (1) Already a citizen/resident in the country and is permitted to work.
