Impressive, right? \nTo achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!\nReady to be part of the experience? \nNow, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.\nWhat You'll Do:\nYou will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of large-scale events, from the moment the sales and legal teams sign the commercial contract through to the final closing of the event.\nYou will act as the main point of contact between all stakeholders, including event organizers and the internal teams involved.\nWhile you will have overall ownership of the process, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for ensuring timely and effective execution by coordinating tasks across departments.\nYou will communicate product (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to consolidate requirements and prioritize them accordingly.\nYou will create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation to support potential user issues handled by the customer support team.\nYou will ensure that all requirements needed to achieve project goals are properly documented and accessible.\nDepending on the event, your presence on-site may be required during launch or at key moments.\nWho You Are:\n\nYou hold a relevant degree and have a background in project management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in being flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.\nYou have an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments. This role requires a combination of project management and operational experience, as well as the ability to coordinate multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of requirements.\nYou have 2-3 years of experience in a project management role or a consulting background. While this is not an events-specific role, prior experience in events is a plus.\nYou are fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.\nYou have a strong appetite for learning and the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
