As part of the People Analytics team, you'll turn data into actionable insights that shape our talent strategy and employee experience!\nYou'll work on top of a modern stack (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker, Google Sheets/Apps Script) and connect HRIs and ATS systems. We use AI daily to build faster, and we expect you to do the same, with good judgment.\nBe the reference for People data insights, supporting HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams in their decisions.\nBuild and maintain automated dashboards and reports for key People metrics (headcount, attrition, compensation, performance, hiring).\nWrite SQL (BigQuery) and model People data so it is reliable, documented and reusable.\nBuild internal tools and lightweight apps on top of our data, using LLM-assisted development, to replace manual People processes.\nDesign and validate AI-powered workflows over People data (e.g. natural-language querying, automated reporting), with a strong focus on privacy and access control.\nOwn data quality and consistency across People systems: detect issues, trace them to the source and fix them.\nKeep exploring new tools and methods to raise the bar of what People Analytics can do.\nWho You Are\n1-2 years of experience in data analytics; People Analytics is a plus.\nDegree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar (a Master's is a plus).\nStrong SQL and solid command of Google Sheets/Excel; experience with a BI tool (Looker or similar).\nHands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) to accelerate SQL, scripting or app development, and the judgment to review and validate their output.\nAbility to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and turn data into recommendations.\nCare for sensitive data: you understand why compensation and performance data need special handling, especially with AI tools.\nFluent English (Spanish is a plus).\nWhy You'll Love It Here\nOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences\nWork in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets\nHome office friendly and flexible schedule\nResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growth\nGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!\nHealth insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee\nEnglish and Spanish Lessons\nGympass Membership\nWe have free food, drink and fruit at the office!\nPossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow\n#hybrid #fulltime\nThank you for considering joining Fever.
