This role will be fully focused on designing, implementing, and improving processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.\nWhat You´ll Do\nProcess Design & Optimization\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.\nIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement, and translate them into scalable processes.\nStandardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability in execution between different regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam\nAI Automation & Tooling\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems.\nCollaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.\nLeverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed.\nOperational Excellence\nPartner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and correctly implemented.\nDocument and maintain clear operational playbooks.\nStrategic Collaboration\nWork closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs.\nAct as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring operational feasibility.\nAlign the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures\nPerformance & Metrics\nDefine and track KPIs related to operational efficiency (e.g., post production time, output, quality).\nUse data to identify improvement opportunities and drive decision-making.\nWho You Are\nYou hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree)\n5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management - ideally in large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations.\nStrong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.\nComfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance.\nHands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly.\nExperience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.) is a strong plus.\nFamiliarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in both written and spoken English is a must\nWhy You´ll Love it Here\nAttractive compensation package with room to grow.\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.\nFlexible remuneration with Cobee: meals, transport, training, and nursery support (tax-exempt).\nPayflow: option to access part of your salary in advance.\nTaxdown: help optimizing and filing your taxes.
