We work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and employees, to ensure the operational strategies support Fever’s overall vision and business goals.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nIn Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Markeplace Operations Team. The tasks will consist of the following:\nFever´s Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms \nOperational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation.\nCross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal operational processes.\nAPI Integrations Maintenance: oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, proactively identify issues, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences.\nTeam Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings with relevant internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues, and support continuity of marketplace operations.\nWho You Are:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.\nFast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks.\n High level of English and Spanish (required).\n 2+ years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Product Operations, Product Support, Tech Operations, or Scaling Operations in B2C/Marketplace platforms)\nProactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills.\nStrong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.).\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance. \nOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences\nWork in the heart of the city, with possible travel across our markets\nResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growth\nGreat work environment with a fun, international team of talented people to work with!\nHealth insurance\nFondo de Ahorro\nGympass membership \n20 days annual leave\nThank you for considering joining Fever.
