To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.\nThe team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.\nWhat you'll do\nAs a Project Manager, you will collaborate with the worldwide teams to develop, launch and manage a portfolio of our Original experiences, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale the events to all our markets. You will be responsible for owning the strategic planning and reporting for our key experiences. \n\n When you join Fever, you are joining a company that will invest in your professional development. You will receive training and coaching on how to:\nProvide a detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered.\nManage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new relationships\nLead venue sourcing and contract negotiations, securing optimal terms and building long-term partnerships with strategic venues\nMake informed decisions based on data (including P&L analysis)\nManage, report on, and grow revenue from events\nRepresent Fever at local events and with local PR\nEmployees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.\nPreferred Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or entertainment and events project management\nFluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus\nStrong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and parallel workstreams efficiently\nSolution-focused, with strong negotiation and networking skills. You’re proactive, confident picking up the phone, and comfortable pitching to potential new partners\nStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges, develop practical solutions, and use proprietary data to assess event performance and identify partnership opportunities\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent\nCollaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required event-related tasks\nCurious, with a desire to push boundaries and try new concepts\nStrong academic background is a plus\nYou can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly.
