We grow that business market by market, and we do it data-first.\nThat's where you come in.\nMeet The Team\nIn Revenue Operations, you'll own the numbers behind our distribution strategy end-to-end: you decide which products we push, where, and how - and you have the analytical firepower and business judgment to back it up.\nWhat You´ll Do\nOwn distribution performance analysis end-to-end: from defining the KPIs to building the dashboards to turning them into strategy.\nBuild your own dashboards and single source of truth (by product, vertical, partner, geography) to shape where we grow next.\nSize and prioritize channels, build revenue models, and design go-to-market plans for new platforms and partnerships.\nScope, run, and analyze experiments (pricing, marketing spend, discounting) and turn insights into playbooks and roadmaps.\nDiagnose how we work and re-focus the team on the highest-ROI opportunities.\nPartner with external resellers and internal teams (Supply, Product, Marketing) across 40+ countries to scale incremental revenue.\nWho You Are\nEngineering background - a must.\n3-5 years in analytics, growth, or strategy in high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments.\nStrong business and commercial acumen: you connect data to revenue impact and can defend a strategy to stakeholders, not just build a dashboard.\nA sharp analytical toolkit: experimentation/A-B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, unit economics and business-case modeling.\nSQL (basic knowledge required) and a track record of reliable, automated dashboards.\nProcess-improvement mindset and excellent stakeholder management - you influence without authority.\nFluent English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.\nWhy You´ll Love It Here\nAttractive compensation package, including stock options to reward your contributions and growth.\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.\nFlexible remuneration with Cobee: meals, transport, training, and nursery support (tax-exempt).\nPayflow: option to access part of your salary in advance.\nTaxdown: help optimizing and filing your taxes.\nPrivate health & dental insurance with Cigna: 100% covered by Fever.
