You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nThis role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality.\nYou will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.\nResponsibilities \nProject Management\nOversee all phases of production-from initial concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.\nInterpret creative briefs, site layouts, and project requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with company goals.\nValidate site logistics and operational needs through planning sessions, venue scouting, and site visits.\nCoordinate cross-department collaboration across creative, operations, technical, and vendor teams.\nProcess Documentation \nCreate and maintain comprehensive production documentation, timelines, and handover materials.\nDevelop and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.\nSupport consistent communication flow and version control for all project documentation.\nBudgeting and Financial Management \nBuild, manage, and reconcile production budgets from feasibility through final delivery.\nTrack project spending and identify opportunities for optimization or cost savings.\nOversee contracts, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice processing.\nAssist with closing out event P&Ls and financial reporting.\nLeadership and Communication \nLead team and client meetings, capturing action items and ensuring accountability.\nPresent confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.\nTranslate complex production challenges into practical, solution-oriented recommendations.\nSupport and mentor production coordinators or junior staff as needed.\nSoft Skills\nDemonstrate adaptability, composure, and creative problem-solving under pressure.\nPromote teamwork, collaboration, and positive communication across departments.\nTake ownership of large, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery.\nMaintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and clients through professionalism and reliability.\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in event production, live entertainment, media, or experiential marketing.\nProven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.\nExperience negotiating and managing contracts and budgets.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts).\nStrong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.\nBilingual fluency in English preferred (depending on native local language)\nAmbition to grow into larger production management or leadership roles.\nHiring Process\nA 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have\nA 30 min interview with the Hiring Manager\nA 45 min video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)\nOn average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within a week.\n#LI-Hybrid ; #LI-Fulltime ; #LI-AU1\nThank you for considering joining Fever.
