This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in graphic design but also has management skills and the ability to lead projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept to final delivery. You’ll be joining the design team of one of Fever’s most iconic and globally recognized brands, contributing to its creative growth and visual identity worldwide.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nConceptualize and develop outstanding visual identities, campaigns, and assets aligned with brand marketing strategies, capturing the brand’s essence and elevating its global presence.\nCollaborate closely with senior graphic designers, strategists, and video editors to turn concepts into innovative visual solutions.\nEnsure visual consistency and quality across formats - from digital campaigns and paid media to print, on-site materials, and video content.\nWork with external vendors (print, digital production, etc.) to guarantee excellence in execution.\nManage timelines and priorities across multiple projects, leading parts of the process and supporting the team as needed.\nCreate and oversee artwork finalization with the technical standards, ensuring quality in every deliverable.\nBridge strategic ideas and their execution, ensuring alignment with deadlines and project objectives.\nWho You Are:\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in high-level design or branding studios.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma (including design systems, components, variants, Auto Layout, and automation). Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator). Bonus: Experience with InDesign and Canva.\nExperience leading design projects from start to finish.\nKnowledge of graphic and digital production techniques, with a focus on quality and innovation.\nFamiliarity with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Magnific, or node-based AI suites) and a strong understanding of how to integrate them into creative workflows to automate processes and boost efficiency.\nAbility to adapt to dynamic workflows and deliverables, ensuring efficiency within the creative team.\nHighly organized, with the ability to structure and document design processes clearly, facilitating collaboration and ensuring work continuity when needed.\nExceptional communication skills, both visual and verbal, with clients and internal teams.\nTechnical expertise in artwork finalization, including file preparation for print, digital production, and mockup development.\nProven experience in branding, editorial design, packaging, and digital environments.\nFluent in English and Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and team members.\nProactive attitude, with a problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt.\nNice to Have\nExperience with motion graphics or 3D and the ability to work effectively with specialists in these areas.\nBasic knowledge of internal processes, automated workflows, etc.\nPrevious experience working with international clients and complex projects.\nWhy You’ll Love It Here\nAttractive compensation package\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.\nSuperannuation: We invest in your future.
