Hey there!

We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.

Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.

Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.

Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate Senior User Researcher to join our growing team and lead B2C and B2B research for Fever Sports. From conversion funnels on our consumer-facing pages to inventory management on the event configuration platform our partners use, you’ll work with world-famous sports competitions and organizations.

This role is perfect for someone with an analytical mindset, an eye for product design opportunities and a drive for excellence in everything they do. Once you’ve completed onboarding, you’ll have substantial autonomy and full ownership of the research outcomes for a company-sized vertical within Fever. You won’t wait for briefs: you’ll find the questions worth answering and bring them to the table.

What you'll do

  • Define and deliver the research roadmap for Fever Sports across B2C and B2B, together with Product Design and Product Management.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to source the business questions that matter, and prioritise between competing requests.
  • Plan and run research studies with the right mix of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, analysis of behavioural data, benchmarking).
  • Build and test prototypes, and work with designers, PMs, Tech Leads and Engineers on UX decisions while keeping feasibility in mind.
  • Turn findings into clear, actionable insights that drive real product and business decisions.
  • Share your work with the wider organisation in an engaging way, and advocate for the User Research team and its work.
  • Mentor less experienced researchers and guide the work of a more junior colleague.
  • Improve our research processes and research ops using what you’ve learned in previous roles.

About you

Must have skills:

  • Around 10 years of professional experience, with proven experience in User Research or a closely related field, and a track record of creating value. We’ll also consider candidates with 5+ years.
  • Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods, with particular depth in usability testing.
  • The ability to understand the context behind a business question and design the right method to answer it.
  • Solid hands-on data analysis skills with at least one analytical tool (e.g., Excel, SQL, SPSS). You use AI tools where they help, and you own the accuracy of every output.
  • Experience running several complex projects in parallel, delivering high-quality work under time pressure to a wide range of stakeholders. Your findings stand up to close scrutiny.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: you help ideas take shape with PMs and Product Designers and find ways forward when things are unclear.
  • Strong prototype testing and prototype building skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English or Spanish.

It would be nice if you:

  • Are a confident Figma user.
  • Know platforms such as Hotjar, UserTesting, Maze or Mixpanel.
  • Have a background in startup, scale-up or hypergrowth environments.
  • Speak both English and Spanish, and other languages too.
  • Are into sports such as football, racing, sailing, golf or tennis.

Your growth trajectory

In your first 3 months you’ll get to know Fever Sports inside out: its business model, its B2C and B2B products, our partners and the stakeholders you’ll work with. You’ll review the knowledge we already have, deliver your first studies alongside the team, and start spotting the biggest gaps in what we know.

By month 6 you’ll fully own the research roadmap for Fever Sports, sourcing and prioritising the questions worth answering with senior stakeholders. Your output will shape important decisions, you’ll be guiding a more junior colleague, and you’ll be helping shape how the research team works through processes and research ops.

Benefits & Perks

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Home office friendly
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
  • Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.
  • English Lessons
  • Gympass Membership
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.
