The work is high impact, the stack is modern, and there's real ownership on offer from day one.\nOur stack\nWe run a monorepo architecture managed by Turborepo. Our core technologies include Next.js, PostgreSQL (via Supabase), QStash, Redis, Sanity, Prisma, and Growthbook. We deploy daily and keep our CI/CD lean.What you'll do\nTake full ownership of at least one core customer journey - from architecture through to post-release monitoring.\nWork closely with design and growth to design and implement experiments across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle.\nConstantly improve your area of ownership, both technically and from a growth perspective.\nSupport fellow engineers across pods.\nWhat we need\n- 4+ years as a full-stack engineer, ideally with D2C or e-commerce experience.- You've shipped A/B tests to production.\n- You're comfortable with uncertainty and you push hard to get things over the line.\nBeyond the technical skills, senior engineers at Ffern are:\nOwners - they take a feature from brief to production without being chased.\nRigorous testers - they QA their own work and their colleagues'.\nObservant - they add logging, monitor post-release, and use feature flags as standard.\nAI-curious - they actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter.\nMultipliers - they make the engineers around them better.\nWe're a small, ambitious team building something genuinely different in the fragrance world.
