Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege von Stammdaten in den relevanten Systemen.

  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei stammdatenrelevanten Fragestellungen und Prozessen.
  • Analyse von Datenstrukturen sowie Durchführung von Bereinigungs- und Harmonisierungsmassnahmen.
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und Dokumentationen im Stammdatenmanagement.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Datenmanagement-Prozessen und der Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft.
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports mithilfe von ERP- und Business-Intelligence-Lösungen.
  • Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsinitiativen sowie beim Einsatz moderner Technologien und KI-basierter Lösungen im Datenmanagement.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Erfahrung im Stammdatenmanagement oder im Umgang mit komplexen Datenstrukturen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit Excel und den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Erfahrung mit Reporting- und Business-Intelligence-Tools von Vorteil.
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Interesse an digitalen Technologien und KI-Anwendungen im Datenmanagement.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer selbständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
