Das Portfolio umfasst SAP-Beratung und -Implementierung, ergänzt durch IT-Security, Microsoft und AI-Lösungen.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Fachliche Leadrolle in SAP-Transformationen: Du übernimmst Verantwortung in komplexen Kundenumgebungen und treibst Projekte mit echtem Impact voran.
  • Ganzheitliches Lösungsdesign: Du gestaltest HCM-Lösungen von Grund auf, anstatt nur vorgegebene Konzepte umzusetzen.
  • Weiterentwicklung von HCM-Landschaften: Dein Know-how reduziert gezielt technische Abhängigkeiten und sorgt für nachhaltige Systemarchitekturen.
  • Sparringspartner auf allen Ebenen: Du kommunizierst sicher mit Fachbereichen, IT und Management und bringst alle Seiten auf einen Nenner.

Dein Profil:

  • Fundierte SAP-HCM-Erfahrungmit Schwerpunkt PA, OM, PY und PT sowie ein starkes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse von Eintritt bis Austritt.
  • Customizing als Kernkompetenz: Du triffst sichere Designentscheidungen auch in komplexen, gewachsenen Systemlandschaften.
  • Transformationserfahrung und idealerweise Kenntnisse in hybriden Szenarien mit SuccessFactors.
  • End-to-End-Denken: Du verstehst Integrationen zu Finance und angrenzenden Systemen und verlierst den Gesamtprozess nie aus dem Blick.
