prices and conduct supplier and market research.\n Identify cost-saving and cost-optimization opportunities.\n Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, budgets, and approval requirements.\n Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments regarding procurement activities.\n Review supplier invoices and supporting documents and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.\n Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure proper filing and record keeping.\n Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance reports.\n Support the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with key suppliers.\n Participate in supplier evaluations and performance reviews.\n Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by management.\n Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related position.\n Practical experience in purchasing goods, materials, equipment, and services.\n Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.\n Experience in obtaining and comparing commercial offers and negotiating with suppliers.\n Strong negotiation and communication skills.\n Ability to analyze prices, commercial terms, delivery conditions, and supplier proposals.\n Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.\n Experience with ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems is an advantage.\n Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n High level of attention to detail and accuracy.\n Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.\n Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal departments.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving
