incidents and service interruptions.\n Maintain accurate IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, asset records, and technical procedures.\n Manage IT assets and maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software.\n Coordinate with external IT service providers, vendors, and telecommunications providers when required.\n Participate in the implementation and maintenance of new IT systems and infrastructure.\n Ensure business continuity and minimize downtime of critical IT systems.\n Provide technical support during system upgrades, office moves, and IT infrastructure projects.\n Prepare regular reports on IT incidents, infrastructure status, and completed activities.\n Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.\n Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows operating systems.\n Working knowledge of Linux administration.\n Practical experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.\n Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.\n Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage.\n Experience with backup and recovery solutions.\n Good understanding of IT security principles, endpoint protection, and access management.\n Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud services is an advantage.\n Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues independently.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to IT incidents.\n Good documentation and communication skills.\n Ability to work independently and effectively support employees across different
