We're looking for a Associate, Design to join our Hong Kong team, working closely with our Associate Director, Design, Asia to bring that work to life.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone 1-2 years into their design career who wants to build real range: one week you might be refining a board presentation for a listed company, the next you're developing brand assets or cutting a motion graphic for a client campaign.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for client and internal use, translating strategic narratives into clear, polished visuals.\nSupport brand identity projects, including logo development, visual guidelines, and brand asset creation for clients across sectors.\nCreate motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media, and presentations.\nWork across the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign) to produce a range of creative deliverables.\nPartner daily with the Design Associate Director to interpret briefs, iterate on concepts, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.\nCollaborate with consultants across the Hong Kong office and broader Asia team to understand client objectives and translate them into design solutions.\nMaintain brand consistency and design standards across all deliverables.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nDesired Skills & Qualities\n1-2 years of professional design experience, in-house, at an agency, or in a consultancy environment.\nBachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.\nStrong proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation design, with an eye for layout, hierarchy, and storytelling through visuals.\nWorking knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.\nQuick adoption of proprietary company platforms, including internal E-mail HTML and AI-driven tools.\nPrior experience in UI/UX design or collaborating closely with developers/programmers is considered a plus.\nSome experience with or strong interest in motion graphics and brand identity work.\nFamiliarity with both macOS and Windows platforms\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to take direction while also bringing your own creative point of view.\nFluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is preferred;
