This role supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the firm, with a focus on audit support, tax compliance, and financial reporting across the Hong Kong, Singapore, and China entities.\nThe ideal candidate will be someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced professional services environment. Experience with VAT/GST filing across Singapore and China jurisdictions will be highly regarded.\nResponsibilities\nHandle the company’s accounting work, including bookkeeping, voucher/invoice entry, account reconciliations, and monthly closing.\nReconcile and verify revenue, costs, and expenses to ensure accurate and compliant accounting treatment.\nAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.\nSupport the statutory audit process by preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and providing necessary documentation to auditors in a timely manner.\nAssist with tax filing obligations across Hong Kong, Singapore, and China, including GST/VAT compliance and corporate income tax matters.\nSupport accounts payable and billing functions, including invoice processing, payment coordination, and vendor or client set-up.\nReview and process employee expense reports and corporate account expenditures in accordance with company policy.\nContribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in the Asia finance function.\nPerform ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required.\nDesired Skills & Qualities\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline from a recognised university, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.\nAt least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or multinational environment.\nExperience supporting statutory audits and tax filing is preferred; familiarity with Singapore GST and China VAT filing will be highly considered.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.\nProactive, with good interpersonal and communication skills.\nFluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is preferred;
