建立并维护集团会计手册，跟踪准则更新; 负责季度/年度公告（含MD&A）中会计部分的编制与审阅。\n内外部审计管理：统筹内外部审计全流程，作为审计委员会及外审的主要会计接口，主导解决重大会计分歧。\nFP&A及业务团队协同：确保向FP&A团队提供的Actuals及历史数据准确、口径一致，为预算、预测及管理报告提供高质量数据底座; 与BP团队紧密合作，确保新业务合同的会计处理与业务实质对齐，提供交易结构设计中的会计影响分析。\n团队管理与流程优化：直接管理并辅导团队成员，负责工作分配、能力培养、绩效评估及职业发展规划;
