We deliver far more than just on time and on budget-we deliver with MORE Paschen.\nPosition Overview:\nThis is an entry-level position to assist Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.\nAssigned Responsibilities:\nSubcontractor Coordination\nMaintain and monitor project plans\nAssist in preparation and maintenance of project schedules\nCoordinate material procurement and delivery\nCorrespondence\nCheck drawing and specifications for completeness and discrepancies\nAnalyze project risks and issues, and provide solutions.\nReview and determine suitability of shop drawings and submittals\nContact vendors and subcontractors for proposals\nReview/qualify subcontractor requests for change orders\nProcess change orders and extra work orders\nTrack status of change orders\nCollect, verify and distribute as-builts\nField observation and documentation\nCoordinate and document meetings\nQuantity take offs / measurements\nCollect, maintain and submit project close-out documents\nAssist in preparing and approving requests for progress payments\nProcess and track status of “Requests for Information”\nProcess and track status of shop drawings and submittals\nActive participant in project safety\nProvide administrative support\nFacilitates/Assists with Job Site set-up\nReview subcontractor insurance certification to ensure compliance with contract requirements\nReview certified payrolls and log into payroll canvassing report and send out deficiency letters\nCoordinate vendor activities, payments, and credits for Department\nProduce pay requests\nTrack subcontractor pay requests and payment schedule\nCollect/match lien waivers with payment schedules\nType contracts\nLink all project documentation through project management software\nMaintain office files\nOversee administrative processes\nDevelop/maintain workflows and administrative procedures for the department\nOversee office administrators’ responsibilities\nOther duties as assigned \n Administrative Responsibilities:\nProcess Vendor Accounts Payable Vouchers for payment\nPrepare vouchers - for general overhead items.\nVerify Subcontractor Insurance for compliance with contract requirements.\nCoordinate vendor activities and payments for Division.\nCollect and review waivers of lien.\nFiling (Maintain Division/Office Files)\nGeneral office support such as data entry, faxing and typing.\nProduce and distribute correspondence.\nType contracts\nVerify subcontractor Insurance for compliance with contract requirements.\nLink all project documentation through project management software.\nIdentify, develop, and call potential clients.\nMaintain client list, potential opportunities, and activity.\nCoordinate office events and activities.\nResponsible for managing and tracking staff sick and vacation time in the Kronos HR System\nRequirements\nB.S. in Business, Construction Management, and / or Engineering or commensurate trade experience required. \nKnowledge of basic computer applications for spreadsheets, word-processing, and scheduling experience required. \nGood communication, teamwork and organizational skills are necessary.\nBenefits\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nPaid time off\n401K matching\nFlexible spending account\nLife insurance\nReferral program\nProfessional development assistance\nF.H.
