Furr is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team. The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing warehouse operations within the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries and be proficient in using computer and warehouse management software to improve operations.\nResponsibilities\nOversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment\nLead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback\nImplement and maintain efficient inventory management systems, including tracking stock and conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy\nUtilize ServiceTitan’s replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment\nMaintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space utilization\nEnsure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping\nImplement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with national safety and regulatory standards\nCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve issues\nApprove invoices and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments\nGenerate and analyze inventory and operational reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industries\nProficiency in using ServiceTitan’s replenishment features\nExperience with Ply and the ability to approve invoices within the system\nStrong experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting\nKnowledge of inventory management and control procedures\nKnowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations\nAbility to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to identify and resolve issues efficiently\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n401(K) Plan with generous company match\nCompany-paid Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance\nShort-term disability and voluntary life insurance options\nPaid Vacations, Holidays, and Sick Days\nOpportunities for ongoing training and professional development\nHow to Apply\nIf you are ready to take on a leadership role with our warehouse team, please submit your resume.
