Proactively identify and address potential issues.\nEnsure network security by collaborating with IT Security on firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other protective measures. Ensure baseline security configurations are implemented and maintained, and vulnerabilities addressed.\nDiagnose and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and maintain connectivity.\nMaintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.\nWork with other IT professionals to integrate and optimize systems and assist with system administration tasks.\nQualifications\nEquivalent to a college degree.
