kn\nAlign environment changes with project lifecycles, release schedules, and business requirements.\nDefine and maintain the environment strategy, including refresh cadence and naming conventions.\nCoordinate monthly & quarterly Oracle updates as well as fixes, enhancements and routine work efforts in partnership with stakeholders across IT and the Business.\nHost weekly Oracle Info Sharing call with all BU & ET stakeholders - share upcoming work efforts, issues, or enhancements.\n\nStrategic inputContribute to architectural discussions, capacity planning, cost optimization, and roadmap development for the Oracle landscape.\nParticipate in the evaluation and implementation of new Oracle OCI features and enhancements to improve performance and functionality.\nAttend (QBR) Oracle Quarterly Business Review and help drive improvements, adoption, and build working relationships with our partners.\n\nService management and Oracle liaisonOwn Oracle Service Requests (SRs): log, manage, and escalate issues related to bugs, performance, and configuration.\nAct as the primary point of contact for Oracle service notifications (maintenance, updates, outages).\nCommunicate environment maintenance windows, refresh schedules, and outages to associates and partners.\nHost weekly Oracle Priority Support Touchpoint call with Oracle TAM and key stakeholders from technology and line of business.\nProvide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex Oracle Fusion ERP, OCI, and OIC issues.\nProvide single point of contact to BU forcommunicating issues, fixes, and RCA\n\nSecurity and access managementPartner with BU and ID Admin to Design and maintain RBAC, including job roles, data roles, security profiles, and role hierarchies.\nImplement and enforce segregation of duties in partnership with Internal Audit and Business Teams.\nManage Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration & security polices within OCI IAM & interface with ID Admin team on any changes to SSO.\nPartner with BU and SailPoint admins to ensure connectors, provisioning steps, and UAR functioning.\n\nDocumentation and collaborationCreate and maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, processes, security policies, and troubleshooting guides.\nPartner with Security, Network, Development, and Product Teams to identify issues and drive resolution.\nCollaborate with Business Teams, IT Teams, and third-party partners to support new requests and ongoing
