We deliver far more than just on time and on budget-we deliver with MORE Paschen.\nPosition Overview:\nThis is an assistant managerial position that reports to the Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Manager for the Department.\nAssigned Responsibilities:\nManage projects and scopes as assigned by manager.\nWork with owner’s representative to communicate progress of project.\nPrepare preliminary estimates / budgets.\nSelect subcontractors to solicit bids.\nReview subcontractor proposals.\nPrepare, review for approval, and submit contract changes/proposal to owner.\nNegotiate contract changes/proposals with owners.\nSolicit and process submittals and shop drawings.\nCollaborate, prepare and update CPM project schedule.\nPreparation and updating of job cost budget.\nMonitor construction progress with Superintendent.\nMaintain project documentation.\nInvestigate adverse situations and report to PM and/or Sr. PM.\nRepresent company in project meetings, when required.\nResponsible for monitoring and maintaining project costs.\nActive participation in safety.\nManage the collection and submission of project close out documentation\nAdditional duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nB.S Construction Management / Engineering \n2-3 years general construction experience required. \nKnowledge of construction, quantity take-offs and estimating required. \nComputer skills, knowledge of Project Management, scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary. \nBenefits\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nPaid time off\n401K matching\nFlexible spending account\nLife insurance\nReferral program\nProfessional development assistance\nF.H.
