We deliver far more than just on time and on budget-we deliver with MORE Paschen.\nPosition Overview:\nThe Project Manager will manage Heavy Civil projects and manage the project team. Projects may vary between private and public owners, as well as a variety of delivery methods such as lump sum, negotiated and unit price work. The projects often include management of self-perform work, as well as managing subcontracted work.\n Assigned Responsibilities:\n Responsible for the management of the construction contract(s) and/or work orders\n Supervisory responsibility for project team assigned to contract(s) and/or work orders.\n Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) in the office, as necessary.\n Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders.\n Create and collaborate on work proposals.\n Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners.\n Administrative point of contact for the owner\n Understand details of project scope of work\n Create and maintain project cost reports.\n Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners.\n Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent.\n Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s)\n Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements.\n Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements\n Must report to various work locations as assigned.\n Requirements\n10 years of construction experience OR \nB.S. in Construction Management or Engineering plus 5 years OR\nMaster’s Degree plus 2 years\nExperience managing Job Order Contract projects preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.\nKnowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management\nProficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software\nGreat communication and organizational skills\nBenefits\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nPaid time off\n401K matching\nFlexible spending account\nLife insurance\nReferral program\nProfessional development assistance\nEligibility for Year End Bonus\nLifeLock Subscription\nSalary Range:\n$90,000-$135,000\nF.H.
