Projects may vary between private and public owners.\n Assigned Responsibilities:\nRepresent and demonstrate the values of F.H. Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity, and pride.\nResponsible for the management of one large 80-100 million-dollar or multiple smaller 20-1-million-dollar construction projects.\nPoint of contact for management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more\nAbility to participate in life cycle of project including, but not limited to, estimating, value engineering, and scheduling.\nSupervisory responsibility for the project teams on the assigned contract(s) \nCollaborate with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions.\nCollaborate with Superintendent(s) \nNegotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners.\nDocument and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners.\nDevelop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent.\nCollaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s)\nResponsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements.\nResponsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nB.S in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of construction experience. \nExperience with a general contractor managing projects or programs is required. \nAbility to manage project and personnel simultaneously. \nKnowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management. \nComputer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary. \nBenefits\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nPaid time off\n401K matching\nFlexible spending account\nLife insurance\nReferral program\nProfessional development assistance\nF.H.
