TTEC is a government contractor for the Department of Defense, as well as a manufacturer of commercial products. Our Winston-Salem plant is a greenfield site, and current production will relocate from Los Angeles, California mid 2026. We are an experienced engineering team with lots of NCSU alumni (go Wolfpack!) and are looking for entry-level or experienced process engineers who can jump in, get their hands dirty, and problem-solve. We especially welcome candidates with co-op, internship, and/or related work experience.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.\nDevelops programs and/or methods to optimize producibility and to reduce cycle time, manufacturing losses, and overall costs.\nAssures process or product adheres to the company quality program and plans by performing audits and recommending corrective actions.\nMonitors and measures manufacturing losses and develops new techniques to reduce losses and improve quality.\nRecommends and implements changes to product or process to improve cost, delivery, and quality for the customer.\nParticipates in overall product strategy, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.\nConducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in our industry/industries.\nProduces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.\nTrains and learns to operate production/manufacturing equipment.\n\nReporting Structure\n\nThis individual reports to a Department Manager and may be part of a small team that includes another Process Engineer.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\n\nThis job shares supervisory responsibilities for a team of wage associates.\nResponsibilities include coaching/training, managing time and attendance, and ensuring operational performance.\n\nQualifications\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the above essential duties satisfactorily.
