This role supports the manufacturing of advanced rayon and silica-based materials used in high-performance applications. The Operator will be responsible for safely operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to an efficient, team-oriented manufacturing environment.\nJob Responsibilities:\nRead and interpret work instructions, procedures, and specifications\nProcess glass yarns, fibers, and cloth through various chemical and thermal operations\nHandle chemicals used in manufacturing processes, including acids, coatings, and treatment solutions, while following all safety procedures\nOperate and monitor leach lines, tank farms, and related support systems\nPerform high-temperature oven treatments and carbonization processes\nSet up, start up, and shut down production equipment safely and efficiently\nMonitor material flow and move products between production and warehouse areas\nConduct quality inspections, including measuring, grading, and visual defect checks\nPrepare production reports, quality documentation, and maintain accurate logs.\nPerform minor equipment maintenance and report mechanical issue.\nOperate textile machinery, including skeining, spooling, and winding equipment, and package finished goods\nParticipate in team problem-solving activities and support continuous improvement initiatives\nWhat We Need From You:\nHigh school diploma or GED required;
