As the Quality Technician, you will assure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems; validating processes; and providing documentation.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMaintain quality data records, compile information and prepare reports for internal and external customers\nPerform preliminary review and Material Review Board analysis and disposition of nonconforming material\nProvide support to manufacturing operations with the review of products and engineering and manufacturing processes\nPerform product audits in accordance with FMI, our customers and industry standards\nPerform duties required by the Quality Management System\nTrain inspection (audit) personnel on workmanship standards\nApply quality standards for receiving in-process and final inspection in accordance with FMI and contractual requirements\nCommunicate with manufacturing personnel on non-conformances\nComplete First Article inspections for manufactured items\nParticipate or lead in Lean activities\nMaintain all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures\nFollow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment\nWhat we need from you:\n High school diploma or GED\n2+ years of Quality Technician experience\nAbility to work under tight deadlines, overtime and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks\nKnowledge of calibration equipment and processes, and AS9100 requirements\nPrior experience with incoming inspection reviewing supplier first article inspections\nAbility to read, understand, and interpret internal and customer provided blueprints\nAbility read blueprints, to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions\nProficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)\nVersatile in all aspects of inspection techniques\nEffective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms\nAble to complete responsibilities with a sense of urgency and with a professional and quality manner\nSet a good example of personal integrity and professional work ethic\nDemonstrated results in communication, resolving conflicts, decisiveness, commitment to company objectives, and establishing motivational work environment\nDemonstrate ability and willingness to learn;
