negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing, quality, delivery, and service terms.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nPrepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to meet operational requirements.\nAnalyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.\nReview supplier proposals, bids, and contracts to support informed purchasing decisions.\nResolve vendor issues related to pricing, quality, delivery, invoicing, and performance.\nTrack key procurement metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.\nCollaborate with Finance, Operations, and department leaders to forecast purchasing needs and budgets.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.\n3+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.\nKnowledge of purchasing practices, contract management, and vendor negotiations.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nExperience working with ERP, purchasing, or procurement management systems.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), or equivalent.\nExperience with strategic sourcing initiatives.\nKnowledge of supplier performance management and procurement analytics.\nExperience in manufacturing,
