岗位职责 / Responsibilities 1. 经营指标：承担所负责的无线通信模组（产品应用：FWA、IOT等）的经营指标，包括收入和利润，端到端运作管理并驱动跨部门协作; 2. 产品规划与定义：基于市场洞察与芯片技术趋势，制定产品路线图，完成产品定义、原型设计等，高通平台蜂窝经验从优; 3. 成本与定价管理：管理所负责产品的成本，制定产品授权价，保证产品价格竞争力与产品利润; 4. 芯片战略与合作：负责与芯片原厂建立并维护长期、稳定的战略合作伙伴关系，主导技术交流、商务谈判等; 全面负责芯片平台的选型、引入、采购策略及资源协调，确保核心技术优势与供应链安全; 高通平台蜂窝经验从优。 5. 产品开发与交付：组织并推动跨部门团队完成产品开发，协调资源，确保产品按时、高质量交付; 6. 全生命周期管理：对所负责产品进行全生命周期管理，包括对产品的研发、设计、生产、销售、使用、库存和报废等各个阶段进行全面跟踪和管理，提高产品竞争力与运营效率。 任职要求 / Requirements 1、全日制本科及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机等相关专业本科，八年以上工作经验; 2、有模组行业、芯片行业等相关研发经验者优先; 3、有产品管理、市场拓展、芯片原厂关系维护等经验者优先; 4、熟悉市场调研方法，具备数据分析能力，熟练使用产品设计工具; 5、具备敏锐的市场分析及判断能力，良好的沟通与协作能力，以及用户服务意识; 6、具备较强的学习能力、创新能力、演讲能力; 7、要求英语口语流利，能作为工作语言。
