\n- 根据项目进度与物料L/T（采购周期），制定包括策略备料、安全库存、长交期物料提前下单在内的采购计划，保障试产与量产齐套; \n- 协调采购内部资源（寻源、SQE、计划、商务），组织项目采购维度的转阶段评审（TR），推动物料在质量、成本、进度、供应四个维度达成项目目标。\n3. 成本管理与商务谈判\n- 组织项目物料成本评估与Open BOM价格拆解，支持新项目报价与客户商务谈判; \n- 推动物料成本优化（VA/VE）、议价、年降与降本专案，达成项目目标成本; \n- 熟悉PCBA（SMT/DIP）、结构件、电池、显示屏、芯片/模组等物料的成本构成与市场行情，能独立输出成本分析。\n4. 供应商管理与风险应对\n- 开发、评估与管理供应商资源，建立合格供应商库与二供机制，定期评估供应商绩效（QCDS）; \n- 监控供应链风险（缺货、涨价、产能、地缘与合规），制定应急预案; \n- 对接芯片原厂/代理商、PCBA代工厂、结构件/屏蔽件/电池等供应商，推进问题闭环。\n5. 跨部门协作与流程优化\n- 作为采购代表对接研发、产品、销售、质量、制造（NPI/PMC）等部门，拉通新项目从立项到量产的协同节奏; \n- 参与梳理并优化采购与研发协作的工作流程（如物料变更、BOM评审、备料审批、TAC/认证物料合规等），提升跨部门效率;\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，理工科专业（电子、通信、自动化、机械、材料等技术背景）优先; \n2. 工作经验：3年以上项目采购代表、采购寻源、器件工程师、NPI导入管理或项目管理相关经验; \n3. 专业能力：熟悉电子物料与结构件的工艺制程，了解物料基础成本结构;
