使用 8D、5Why、DOE 推动改善，跟踪 CAPA 闭环，输出试产总结报告。\n4. 跨部门协同 & 转产放行 对接研发（硬件 / 射频 / 驱动）、NPI、生产、品质、供应商、ODM 工厂; 定义各阶段测试准入 / 准出门槛; 推动新产品从试产顺利转量产，负责量产爬坡阶段测试良率提升、复测率降低、测试效率优化。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科及以上，电子信息、通信、自动化、测控等相关专业;
