岗位职责 / Responsibilities

工作职责

1.射频电路开发：负责消费类产品的射频电路方案设计，包括 2G-5G Modem射频链路设计，以及 GPS/GNSS、NFC、Wi-Fi、BT/BLE 等多通信模块的射频设计与调试

2.器件选型与原理图设计：负责射频关键器件（PA、LNA、滤波器、开关、射频收发器等）的选型评估，完成射频原理图绘制及 BOM 制作

3.PCB 评审与天线协作：指导及评审 PCB Layout 走线，协助结构工程师设计天线净空区域，与天线厂商协作完成天线设计、仿真、评估与选型

4.调试与性能优化：负责射频传导调试，使用网络分析仪、频谱仪、综测仪、信号源等仪器完成输出功率、接收灵敏度等指标的调试与优化

5.问题攻关与量产支持：解决从开发到量产过程中的 desense、EMC、产线测试及认证（CCC/无委/海外认证）等相关问题。

任职要求 / Requirements

任职资格

1.本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、电磁场与微波技术等相关专业

2.五年以上射频电路开发经验，具备消费类产品射频开发项目经验

3.熟悉2G-5G射频设计，熟悉蜂窝通信系统原理及射频指标要求

4.熟悉 GPS/GNSS、NFC、Wi-Fi、BT/BLE 等短距通信模块的射频电路原理、设计与调试

5.具备扎实的射频微波理论基础，精通阻抗匹配、S参数、史密斯圆图等

6.熟练使用 EDA 工具（Cadence Allegro / PADS / Altium Designer 等）进行射频原理图设计和 PCB 评审

7.熟练使用矢量网络分析仪、频谱分析仪、无线综合测试仪、信号源等射频测试仪器

8.责任心强，具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能独立分析和解决射频技术问题
