This team covers new IT network setup for LAN/WAN/VPC/VPN, desktop hardware configuration and roll out, desktop software management, access control, security training and help desk support. IT Operations collaborates very closely with the Cloud Infrastructure Operations team to ensure secure access to Misumi Americas systems for all Misumi Americas employees.\nAs an IT Operations Engineer, you will report to the IT Operations Technical Lead role. You will utilize your deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Network Administration, Security Event Management, and SaaS Management to provide critical day-to-day support for Misumi Americas employees and partners. Success in this role will be measured by implementing strategic initiatives through deliverables on key milestones and providing solutions to complex, cross-functional projects, including - systems design, implementation and maintenance, new facility site expansion, employee life-cycle management, and company wide IT initiatives.\nAreas of Responsibility\nYou will own Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, group-based provisioning, and lifecycle management.\nAssist in developing automation workflows to compile alerting, monitoring, reporting processes to identify security threats.\nAssist in managing new and current SaaS platforms (including Microsoft 365, Slack, Iru MDM, and more).Manage user access governance across identity and application layers.\nOn-site deployment and maintenance of Networking Services (WAN, LAN, and site to VPC) utilizing Cisco Meraki and FortiGate equipment.\nSite location deployments of Security and Facility Access Controls using Avigilon and video monitoring equipment.\nContribute to the development of IT Operations run-books and knowledge base.\nProficiency with Jira for IT service management, workflow configuration, and reporting.\nAct as technical expert to assist IT leadership in providing recommendations to improve IT processes such as - identity lifecycle, provisioning, and user onboarding/offboarding - with a focus on automation and reducing manual effort.\nStrong working knowledge of Crowdstrike EDR or other EDR platforms to assist with designing, deploying, and managing SIEM solutions for threat analysis and detection.7+ years of experience configuring and administering medium/large-scale Entra environments, including RBAC measures.\n7+ years of experience in administering Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack, and other SaaS tools for a company of 1000+ employees.\nExperience with Cisco Meraki, FortiGate configurations related to routers, switches, VPNs, VPCs, LANs and WANs, encryption and access control.\nRequired Qualifications/ Desired Traits:\n7+ years of experience in administering Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack, and other SaaS tools for a company of 1000+ employees.\n7+ years in IT Operations and/or DevSecOps.\nClear and engaging communication style of building positive relationships across the MISUMI Americas organization.\nTechnical certifications (CompTIA Network+ / Security + / Cloud+, Cisco Certified Network Administrator, Okta Certified Professional/Administrator, AZ-104, SC-300, or MD-102) will be given preference.\nHands-on experience with Iru, Intune and/or other MDM solutions.\nStrong knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management.\nA solid understanding of SOC 2 compliance.\nExperience in ISO 27001 or NIST 800 is a plus.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
