This typically involves ensuring team members can collaborate, work efficiently, and have the necessary tools to meet upcoming deadlines\nYou will be supporting the systemic activities like create the BOM in Arena, be responsible for running the ECO in system, and supporting the TPM for those daily system operations.\nYou will report to the Sr. manager, Technical Program Management in Feidi.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nMain focus on the Feidi production program with setting up the BOM, running the ECO for any engineering change, supporting TPM for system operation for larger programs.\nAssisting TPMs(Technical Program Manager) for daily work, like sanitization, order scheduling, engineering samples shipment, QC and logistic shipment arrangement, handling some simple reorder programs.\nCoordinating with TPM to run the ECO in system for post-sales change like milestone/cost adjustment and other change.\nSupport TPM team for exception tracking and documentation (kick-off gaps, DFM gaps, waiver etc) with corresponding OTIF linkage where applicable.\nSupport TPM team on the data analysis for business and team management\nSupport some system improvement projects, collect the feedback from the TPMs and follow the improvement progress.\nCoordinating with TPM team for \nWeekly reporting, like traffic light/OT reports/revenue tracking.\nDocumentation support for specific orders/programs.\nAdministrative case.\nDesired Traits\nRequested Educational BackgroundCollege degree or above, Mechanical Engineering, metal processing or Tooling Design & Manufacture or related engineering field is preferred \nWorking Experience \n1-5 years relevant experience, working experience in CNC machining, plastic tooling industry or in OEM, CM for hardware manufacturing is plus\nTechnical Capability \nFamiliar with Microsoft or Google office tools is a must.\nHave experience on operating the PLM like Arene or ERP system like Netsuite or SAP or so on.\nEnglish fluency in reading and writing. fluent english speaking is preferred\n Program Management skillset or manufacturing background is preferred.\nPersonality \nYou are team-oriented individuals, results-oriented, detail-oriented, data- driven, agile and have a good sense of urgency\nStrong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to work in a fast-paced environment\nStrong organizational collaboration skills\n\nPerks and Benefits\nHousing fund, and social insurance, commercial insurance for employee and your child\nAnnual leave, paid sick leave\nTeam celebrations\nAnnual training opportunities including English learning, technical skills certifications,\nYearly health check-up\nAnd much, much more!\nInterested in learning more?
