As a NetSuite expert, you'll be part of the team responsible for the ongoing administration, optimization, and customization of our NetSuite ERP system to support business operations and drive efficiency across the organization.\nIn this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our NetSuite environment while developing customizations, integrations, and solutions to meet business requirements. This role combines technical expertise with business process knowledge to ensure our NetSuite implementation maximizes value and supports company growth.\n\nAreas of Responsibility: Essential Functions\n\nAdminister the NetSuite ERP system, managing user access, roles, permissions, and system configuration.\nConfigure the Netsuite modules as per company’s requirements\nTroubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues reported by end users\nMaintain system documentation, including configurations, customizations, and standard operating procedures\nImplement and manage data integrity controls and security protocols\nPerform regular system maintenance, updates, and testing\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements\nWork with the technical lead to design and develop solutions to enhance NetSuite functionality.\nCreate and manage custom forms, fields, records, and workflows\nDevelop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards\nLead NetSuite release testing and coordinate system upgrades\nDevelop and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications\nSupport data migration projects\nManage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.\nDevelop test plans before deploying to production\nStay current with NetSuite features and functionality to recommend process improvements.\nMentor software engineers on NetSuite development best practices and enhance their technical expertise.\nConduct knowledge transfer sessions\nCreate and maintain documentation for development guidelines\nReview code and provide constructive feedback to improve team capabilities\n\nDesired Traits: Distinguished skills, abilities, features, character, and quality.\n\nStrong understanding of NetSuite ERP\n6+ years of proven experience in designing, building and implementing solutions in NetSuite.\nIn-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules such as GL, Order to Cash, Inventory, AP, AR, Billing, Purchasing, Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, and OneWorld\nProficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting\nKnowledge of system integrations and data migration.\nAbility to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.\nFamiliarity with Agile Software Development, Jira, Git\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with PLM systems like Arena preferred.\nNetSuite
