minimize impact to the business, create plans to fully address/correct/remove temporary solutions once the immediate urgent issue is resolved.\nDesired Traits\n8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development\nProven experience in developing Salesforce solutions with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.\nHave worked in Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, Data Cloud.\nExperienced in designing and implementing custom solutions that align with business needs.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and database design.\nDemonstrated experience in building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external applications.\nStrong unit testing, functional testing and debugging skills\nStrong understanding of best practices.\nActive Salesforce Certifications are desirable.\nExperience in Mulesoft is a plus\nExcellent problem solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.\nCollaborative, a team player.\nExhibit initiative, integrity and empathy.\nEnjoy working with a diverse group of people in multiple regions.\nComfortable not knowing answers, but resourceful and able to resolve issues.\nSelf-starter;
