With operations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago, the company serves as a vital partner for the most innovative companies in the Americas.\nImpact in this role: \nDirects and coordinates the activities of the warehouse including order processing, receiving, shipping and other daily activities while adhering to the ISO procedures.\nAreas of Responsibility \nLeads all daily receiving procedures and ensures items are received and handled accordingly.\nLeads daily picking operation.\nLeads daily order processing operation.\nEnsures all warehouse associates are performing daily tasks correctly and efficiently.\nCommunicates effectively on a daily basis with Warehouse Management on issues or problems that need to be addressed.\nResponsible for training new hires and ensuring all warehouse associates are following ISO procedures.\nLeads daily cycle counting operation.\nAssists in developing solutions to specific order processing issues.\nEnsures compliance to all warehouse procedures and processes.\nAssists with special projects such as capacity planning and new stock projects.\nMust be able to become power user of Warehouse Management Systems and Warehouse Conveyance Systems\nExecute additional tasks as directed by Operations Manager.\nDesired Traits\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience.\nAt least 3 years’ experience leading people in a distribution environment. (Leading people required, distribution environment desired)\nExcellent problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills.\nMaintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations.\nStrong written and verbal communications skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nWilling to learn forklift operation\nPhysical Demands\nAble to lift 50lbs repetitively. \nComfortable climbing ladders. \nThe compensation range for this role is $24 -
