This is a highly visible role that calls for strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and the ability to drive alignment and results in a matrixed environment.\nExpertise and Skills You Bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n8-12 plus years of experience in talent, program leadership, or workforce strategy; early career experience preferred\nProven success leading large, high-impact programs\nStrong critical thinking and ability to connect talent work to business outcomes\nExperience leading and developing teams\nStrong collaboration and influencing skills with leaders at all levels\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment\nAnalytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions\nPassion for building inclusive, high-quality candidate experiences\nHigh level of ownership and accountability\nSet strategy and direction: Define and lead the university talent strategy, aligned to business priorities, workforce planning, and enterprise talent goals\nDrive cross-functional impact: Partner across Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Marketing, and business teams to connect recruiting, branding, and hiring into one clear approach\nOwn program delivery: Lead the design and execution of the FIDTERN program, ensuring a scalable, consistent, and high-quality experience\nDeliver conversion outcomes: Own the intern-to-full-time strategy and results, building a strong pipeline of early career talent\nLead and develop talent: Manage and grow a high-performing team, setting clear goals and building capability\nInfluence and communicate: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, share insights, and guide hiring and investment decisions\nElevate the experience: Deliver an inclusive, engaging intern experience that strengthens connection and supports retention\nManage budget and resources: Oversee program budget and investments, using data to guide decisions and maximize impact\nThe Team\nEnterprise Talent Acquisition attracts and hires talent across Fidelity. The University Talent team builds early career pipelines and partners across the business to meet current and future talent needs. As Director, you lead a key part of this work-ensuring our early talent programs are connected, effective, and positioned to support long-term growth.\nFidelity’s Onsite Working Model\nFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
