These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions.\nAbout your role\nAs a business analyst, you will play a key role working with Canada stakeholders and external team developers, to deliver an end-to-end solution to support client direct trading transactions.\nAbout you\nWorking with software team that is running in rapid delivery mode, being able to contribute in below area:\nLead and participate in business analysis tasks, work with stakeholders to identify, analyze and document project requirements and structure work accordingly.\nProduce high quality documentation, including requirements, analysis, processes flows and data mapping.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand current-state challenges, root causes and future state requirements and to develop detailed future-state designs.\nCommunicate effectively and concisely both verbally and in writing.\nAssist project managers with planning, scheduling, and managing project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.\nProvide coaching to junior colleagues, fostering learning and development.\nQualifications Requried:\nFluency in English, including the ability to conduct business conversations and professional documents\nDegree major in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the financial or asset management industry (or related field).\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nFamiliar with Agile development methodology\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with counterparts (architects, engineers and other analysts) across geographical locations\n2nd shift is expected based on project requirement (Canada project, 1:00 PM -10:00 PM, not everyday shift, depends on project arrangement)\nFeel rewarded\nFor starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
